New ‘Les Miserables’ Posters Reveal Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter

Two new posters for Les Miserables have arrived, the first featuring Sacha Baron Cohen as Thenardier and Helena Bonham Carter as Madame Thenardier and the second featuring Amanda Seyfried as Cosette and Eddie Redmayne as Marius.

Les Miserables along with Django Unchained and Zero Dark Thirty remains one of the few potential Oscar powerhouse films yet to be seen by the critical masses and one that’s expected to make a rather large splash once it does.

Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, Les Miserables tells an enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption–a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. Hugh Jackman plays ex-prisoner Valjean, hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert (Russell Crowe) after he breaks parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s (Anne Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever.

The film is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day. You can check out the two new posters below.
