The first of what are said to be several short films promoting Tron 3 has arrived.
Just below is the 10 minute and 27 second long short titled “The Next Day” and picks up where TRON: Legacy left off and features not only Garrett Hedlund as Sam Flynn, but Dan Shor as Ram and Bruce Boxleitner as Alan Bradley. The short will be available on the TRON: Legacy Blu-ray where it is also rumored there will be a second, hidden short featuring Olivia Wilde as Quorra and Cillian Murphy as Ed Dillinger Jr.
You’ll remember Murphy was featured briefly in TRON: Legacy as something of a future villain in the franchise.
