Warner Bros. Pictures has debuted a second restricted clip from writer/director Jody Hill’s Observe and Report, opening in theaters on April 10th. The dark comedy stars Seth Rogen, Anna Faris, Michael Pena, Ray Liotta and Jesse Plemons.
