Entertainment Weekly has learned that director Tony Scott will reunite with Denzel Washington for a fourth time on The Taking of Pelham 123, which is part of the pre-strike priority list we recently posted.
Based on the 1974 movie starring Walter Matthau, the Sony Pictures release would feature Washington as a cop who must stop a hijacked subway car.
Scott and Washington previously collaborated on Crimson Tide, Man on Fire and Déjà Vu.
