Csupo and Robb Reunite for White Giraffe

Ann Peacock is attached to adapt Lauren St. John children’s novel The White Giraffe for Walden Media. The film will be released under the Fox Walden banner.

Also attached is child actor AnnaSophia Robb. The project would reunite her with director Gabor Csupo, with whom she worked on Bridge to Terabithia.

“Giraffe” revolves around a young British orphan who is sent to live with her grandfather on a South African wild preserve. Her life is changed forever when she sets out to discover the truth about a fabled and mysterious white giraffe.

Peacock, who adapted The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, has two films in production: Nights in Rodanthe at Warner Bros. and Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Mystery for HBO Films and Picturehouse.
