Ken Jeong and Steve Carell Plan International Incident

Summit Entertainment has acquired a pitch from David Javerbaum (“The Daily Show”) titled International Incident, says a story today at The Hollywood Reporter. Javerbaum will provide the screenplay with Ken Jeong (The Hangover, “Community”) set to headline. Steve Carell (“The Office,” Despicable Me) will produce through his Carousel Productions.

International Incident is said to follow five United Nations delegates who set off on a road trip together in search of their former loves.

Jeong will next lend his voice to both The Penguins of Madagascar and Norm of the North while Carell can be seen coming up in Foxcatcher and Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.
