Charlize Theron Heads to Ladies Night

Actor-turned-director Fred Savage is set to helm the feature comedy Ladies Night with Charlize Theron attached to play the lead, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.

The film, scripted by “Happy Endings” scribe David Caspe, will see Theron as a woman who, deciding to leave her boyfriend and move to New York, spends one final night on the town with all her friends.

Ladies Night is the second major upcoming comedy that Theron has in the works. She’s also attached to star in Seth MacFarlane’s A Million Ways to Die in the West.

Skydance Productions is developing the project with David Ellison and Dana Goldberg producing.
