Will Stoker Nab Firth and Kidman?

Park Chan-wook’s upcoming mystery-thriller

The “is it a horror movie or not?” project Stoker continues to fuel our interest, so we’ll keep reporting on it until someone says, “Dude, it’s so not a horror flick.”

The L.A. Times says Colin Firth and Nicole Kidman are in negotiations to star in Stoker, written by Wentworth Miller and to be directed by Oldboy‘s Park Chan-wook.

Story details are still slim. All we know is “Stoker is the story of an eccentric teen whose enigmatic and estranged uncle who returns to the family after the death of the girl’s father.”

Firth would play the uncle and Kidman would play the mother.
