Loomis and Winters roles potentially filled
It’s widely known that Johnny Depp is producing and starring in the Tim Burton-directed Dark Shadows, but what about the rest of the cast?
Deadline received early word that Jackie Earle Haley (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Watchmen) and Bella Heathcoate are in talks to play Willie Loomis and Victoria Winters, respectively.
Loomis is a con artist turned vampire servant for Barnabas Collins, a role filled by Depp. If cast, Heathcoate a young governess for the Collins estate.
A lot of news breaking at Deadline, according to some of our studio sources, say is happening way too early in casting negotiations (agencies are using the site to gain some footing for their clients), so take this as rumor for right now.
