Warner Premiere’s upcoming threequel
Warner Premiere is moving forward on Lost Boys 3: The Bite (although we suspect they’ll drop the number 3).
According to Production Weekly, Evan Charnov scripted the threequel. He penned Fearless, a TV vehicle for Rachel Leigh Cook in 2004. In the director’s chair is Dario Piana who helmed the After Dark Horrorfest 2 entry The Deaths of Ian Stone (pictured) – a film that demonstrated promise but was bogged down by script problems.
While PW doesn’t offer any plot details, it does reiterate what we’ve heard in the past: Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander are back to reprise their roles as the Frog Brothers. Both appeared in the 2008 direct-to-DVD misfire Lost Boys: The Tribe.
Filming will take place in Capetown, South Africa.
