Martin Scorsese pic pushed back to February

Shortly after it was announced that Paramount Pictures had moved Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island from October 2nd to February 19th, Columbia Pictures quickly moved up Zombieland from October 9th to the 2nd.

The latter will face Drew Barrymore’s comedy Whip It, which also moved up a week, on the new date as well as Disney•Pixar’s Toy Story/Toy Story 2 3-D combo and a limited release of the Coen Brothers’ A Serious Man.

The other two films scheduled for Feb. 19 are From Paris with Love and Takers.
