West moves into House of the Devil
Ti West’s Trigger Man, an exercise in simplicity and patience, sold to Kino Int’l for domestic distribution.
The company intends to release the director’s sophomore feature effort in March of ’08. Produced under Larry Fessenden’s Glass Eye Pix, “Trigger” follows a trio of friends as they venture into the woods on a hunting excursion and are picked off by a sniper.
Variety adds that once West has completed his obligations on Lionsgate’s Cabin Fever 2 he will next direct House of the Devil, again, for Glass Eye Pix.
