Omega last appeared in AEW back in December on an episode of Collision, where he faced Ethan Page in a match. Omega was then scheduled to team up with Chris Jericho. They were set to take on Ricky Starks and Big Bill for the tag-team championship at Worlds End. However, those plans were scrapped following the news of Omega’s hiatus.

Omega, who has been on hiatus, has not addressed his firing from the faction.
However, with him scheduled to appear next week on AEW Dynamite, it is likely that he could confront The Elite. Omega could also be accompanied by Hangman Page, who was also dismissed from the faction for his altercation with two officials at the AEW Revolution.
