The Roku Channel has shared the official Spiderwick Chronicles trailer for its upcoming series adaptation of Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black’s bestselling books of the same name.
The video promises a more faithful and magical adaptation of the coming-of-age fantasy adventure, which is scheduled to make its debut on April 19. The live-action series was originally set up at Disney+, but was ultimately cut from the streamer’s slate last year as part of Disney’s cost-cutting measures.
