New Riverdale Season 7 Trailer Heralds the Final Episodes

The CW has released a new trailer for the ongoing seventh and final season of Riverdale, heralding the Archie Comics-based drama’s last remaining episodes.

The trailer opens by highlighting all of Riverdale’s twists and turns thus far — from teen romance, to serial killers, to alien autopsies. It then shifts the focus to Season 7, in which Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) and the gang have been mysteriously transported to the 1950s, and are now back in high school. The trailer ends on a teasing note, with Veronica Lodge (Camila Mendes) declaring, “Well, that was a twist no one saw coming.”
