Modern Love Season 2 Trailer: Kit Harington & More Star in Anthology Series

Amazon Prime Video has released the official trailer for the upcoming second season of their anthology romantic comedy series Modern Love, featuring a new ensemble cast that includes Kit Harington, Anna Paquin, Lucy Boynton, Dominique Fishback, Tobias Menzies, Sophie Okonedo, and more. The series is scheduled to make its return on Friday, August 13.

The Modern Love Season 2 trailer, which you can check out below along with the first-look images, provides us a preview of eight diverse love stories that will be explored this new season which were all inspired by true stories.

Based on the popular New York Times column and weekly podcast, Modern Love is an anthology series that brings to life a collection of stories about relationships, connections, betrayals, and revelations. Each episode showcases love in all of its complicated and beautiful forms, all inspired by true events.

Season 2 will now star Kit Harington (Game of Thrones), Lucy Boynton (Bohemian Rhapsody), Dominique Fishback (Judas and the Black Messiah), Tobias Menzies (The Crown), Sophie Okonedo (Hotel Rwanda), Anna Paquin (True Blood), Jack Reynor (Midsommar), Minnie Driver (Good Will Hunting), Lulu Wilson (Annabelle: Creation), and more.

Modern Love is executive produced by Todd Hoffman, Trish Hofmann, Anthony Bregman, Choire Sicha, and Caitlin Roper, with Sean Fogel, Miriam Mintz, and Daniel Jones serving as producers. Season 2 is directed by John Crowley, Marta Cunningham, Jesse Peretz, Andrew Rannells, Celine Held, and Logan George.

The first season also featured an all-star cast that was led by Anne Hathaway, Tina Fey, John Slattery, Dev Patel, Catherine Keener, Andy Garcia, Cristin Milioti, Olivia Cooke, Andrew Scott, Julia Garner, and more.
