Stranger Things Season 4 Begins Production in New Video

Netflix has revealed that production has officially begun on the upcoming fourth season of the Duffer brothers’ popular sci-fi horror series Stranger Things. The announcement also came with the release of a new retro-style video which you can now check out below, featuring a glimpse of the cast being playful with each other at the new season’s table read.

Stranger Things Season 4 stars Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, Cara Buono as Karen Wheeler, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Joe Keery as Steve Harrington, Sadie Sink as Max, Maya Thurman-Hawke as Robin, Brett Gelman as Murray Bauman and Priah Ferguson as Erica Sinclair.

The series was created by Matt and Sean Duffer, who also serve as executive producers and directors along with Shawn Levy (who also directs), Dan Cohen and Iain Patterson.

Stranger Things has received 30 Emmy nominations last year (with six wins) from its first two seasons and was honored with the 2017 SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, as well as the 2017 Norman Felton Producer of the Year Award in Episodic Television — Drama from the Producers Guild of America.

Seasons 1-3 are now available for streaming exclusively on Netflix.
