Swimming with Sharks Gets Checked Off Will Smith’s Bucket List

The second weekly installment of Will Smith’s Bucket List just dropped on Facebook. The newest entry finds the former Suicide Squad actor swimming with the sharks in the Bahamas. You can check out the video here or in the player below!

The 20-minute video starts with Shark Tale actor Smith explaining his life-long fear of sharks, which he blames on Steven Spielberg’s 1975 classic Jaws. He then teams with professional shark diver Paul de Gelder to conquer his fear while learning how to ‘not act like food’ while underwater.

The official logline for Will Smith’s Bucket List reads: “There aren’t many people in the world who have a bucket list quite like Will Smith Now you can join him on his unbelievable adventure as he travels the globe, takes on insane challenges, overcomes obstacles and punches fear in the mouth! Tag along with Will on his journey as he takes part in a Bollywood movie, skydives in Dubai, performs stand-up comedy with Dave Chappelle and so much more.”

Smith is best known for his roles in blockbuster films such as the Bad Boys franchise, Independence Day, and Men in Black franchise. He has also earned two Academy Award nominations for Best Actor for his critically-acclaimed performances in the 2001 Muhammad Ali biopic Ali and the drama biopic The Pursuit of Happyness. He will next be seen in Disney’s live-action feature Aladdin as The Genie which is set to premiere on May 24.
