Christina Ricci is in talks to star in ABC’s 1960s-set “Pan Am,” says The Hollywood Reporter.
The drama, from Sony Pictures TV, revolves around pilots and flight attendants (or stewardesses, as they were known then) at the once-dominant airline.
Ricci would join Australian actress Margot Robbie, who is playing a flight attendant, and Michael Mosley (“Scrubs”), who is playing one of the pilots.
Jack Orman (“ER”) wrote the script and will executive produce, while Thomas Schlamme (“The West Wing,” “Mr. Sunshine”) is set to direct.
