Levi Banks took to social media to explain why he dropped out of Big Brother 28 before filming began. He explained that he made the difficult decision because the opportunity didn’t feel quite right for him personally. While he won’t be inside the house to experience the action firsthand, he’s excited to watch it unfold as a member of the audience.

Banks shared a video on Instagram to update fans about the reason for his exit from Big Brother 28. He started the video, greeting fans and letting them know that he has been doing well. Addressing his decision to pass on the reality show opportunity, he said, “I was all set and ready to move into the Big Brother house this season, and as we got closer and closer and closer to the move-in day, I just kinda realized that this was not the right fit for me personally.”
Banks revealed that now that he has parted ways with the show, he has returned home to North Carolina. He also mentioned that his decision hasn’t severed the ties with the show or the network, as they continue to remain on good terms. He further went on to thank them for the “life-changing” opportunity. Although he won’t be a member of the show anymore, Banks displayed massive excitement to watch the season as an audience.
“Oh my gosh, I am pumped! It’s gonna be a little bit of a different POV than in the house, as to being in my couch, so I will take that one thing at a time. But I want to say thank you all so much for your support. I appreciate each and every one of you, and let’s go, Yash!” he concluded. Fans also took to social media to react to his tough decision and send him best wishes for what’s ahead in the future.
