Landman Season 3 Stars’ Massive Salaries Revealed: Demi Moore Matches Billy Bob Thornton

Landman’s biggest stars just locked in game-changing new deals ahead of Season 3. The massive salary bumps original cast members secured have been revealed, with one star now matching the show’s lead in the top pay tier.

Demi Moore’s new Landman deal places her in show’s top pay tier

Deadline reports that all original cast members of Paramount+’s Landman secured significant salary increases ahead of Season 3. Demi Moore negotiated a new deal that brings her to parity with lead Billy Bob Thornton. Both stars will now earn between $740K and $770K per episode next season.

Moore’s original contract ran shorter than the industry norm at two years. Her renegotiated agreement includes a sizable raise that places her in the show’s top pay tier. Thornton, meanwhile, holds a separate three-year deal with standard annual increases built in.

Ali Larter also landed a major bump after extended negotiations that stretched beyond the rest of the cast. She more than doubled her most recent paycheck, reaching north of $350K per episode. Larter additionally secured a talent deal as part of her renegotiated contract.

Breakout stars Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph will earn between $130K and $180K per episode next season. Paulina Chavez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, and James Jordan also received significant percentage raises off modest bases. The remaining original series regulars all at least doubled their previous salaries through renegotiations.

Such contract renegotiations after Season 2 remain rare in the current industry landscape. Studios typically reserve them for only the biggest hits amid widespread belt-tightening. Landman qualifies after its Season 2 premiere drew 9.2 million streaming views within 48 hours, becoming Paramount+’s most-watched original series premiere.

The Season 2 finale then reached 14.8 million views in two days, setting another platform record. Sam Elliott and Andy Garcia joined the main cast this past season and could factor into future salary discussions.
