The 32nd Actor Awards, that was previously called the Screen Actors Guild Awards, paid tribute to some big names in the industry who passed away in 2025. But Sunday’s “In Memoriam” also omitted several major stars, including the legendary Hulk Hogan and The Walking Dead’s Kelley Mack.
Actor Awards In Memoriam didn’t include Hulk Hogan and others
The “In Memoriam” segment of the Actor Awards 2026 paid tribute to big names like Robert Redford and Diane Keaton, but also left out several prominent stars who also died in the past year.
The segment, soundtracked to Paul Young’s Everytime You Go Away, left out several big names. The names included wrestler-turned-actor Hulk Hogan, Kelley Mack from The Walking Dead, Palestinian actor and director Mohammad Bakri, Vice Principals star Kimberly Hébert Gregory, Cannes-winning star Émilie Dequenne, and Our Gang child star Sidney Kibrick, among others.
In the segment broadcast live on Netflix, Maria Riva, the daughter of Marlene Dietrich, Betty Harford from Dynasty, Rebekah Del Rio from Mulholland Drive, trailblazing star Dawn Little Sky, soap actor Mark Dobies, Lee Weaver, and veteran musician Marianne Faithfull were also left out.
Other names that were not a part of this include Ed Gale, Jan Schwieterman, Lynne Marie Stewart, Alice Hirson, Lee Joo-sil, Lorna Raver, Michael McStay, Lulu Roman, Damien Thomas, Patrick Adiarte, Brandyn Barbara Artis, Patty Maloney, Joe Marinelli, Joanna Bacon, Penelope Milford, Ed Williams, Floyd Levine, Jane Weintraub, Melanie Watson, May Britt, Jonathan Pienaar, John Eimen, and Alice and Ellen Kessler (via EW).
During the segment, the award ceremony shone a light on some of the most prominent figures in the industry who died in 2025. This included Diane Keaton, Robert Redford, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Gene Hackman, Catherine O’Hara, Rob Reiner, Val Kilmer, Michelle Trachtenberg, June Lockhart, and Loretta Swit, among others.
