Netflix is gearing up to release a new adult animated series that puts an unexpected spin on courtroom drama. As the premiere nears, the creative team and voice cast get ready to unveil a story about an unlikely legal partnership set against the backdrop of Las Vegas.
Strip Law to begin streaming on Netflix next month
Strip Law, an adult animated series, is set to debut on Netflix on February 20, 2026. Created by Cullen Crawford, the show features Adam Scott as Lincoln Gumb, Janelle James as Sheila Flambé, and Keith David among the main voice cast. The first season will include 10 episodes.
The series follows Lincoln Gumb, a conservative lawyer who struggles to succeed in the flashy legal scene of Las Vegas. To boost his chances in court, he teams up with Sheila Flambé, a bold and theatrical local magician. Together, they handle bizarre cases using a mix of legal skills and showmanship.
Netflix added Strip Law to its February 2026 lineup, along with several new and returning titles. The platform scheduled the Spanish thriller Firebreak for release on the same day. The release appeared in an early preview that outlined the platform’s upcoming content.
The team produced Strip Law as a scripted series in English. It blends legal drama and comedy in an animated format. Set in Las Vegas, the show highlights exaggerated courtroom scenarios with a humorous twist and over-the-top character dynamics. Stephen Root and Shannon Gisela also voice characters, appearing in all ten episodes.
Netflix classifies the series under the animation, comedy, and drama genres. The show remains in production ahead of its scheduled premiere, and Netflix has already released promotional images and early artwork for marketing.
As of now, viewers have not submitted reviews or started audience discussions for the upcoming animated legal drama series.
