Ben Browder and Gigi Edgley react to fan comments in a new clip for Farscape’s 25th anniversary marathon.
Shout! TV is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the beloved sci-fi television series Farscape with a marathon airing on March 19 on Shout! TV and the 24/7 Farscape Channel beginning at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT. It features new segments hosted by stars Ben Browder and Gigi Edgley and an introduction from executive producer Brian Henson.
To promote the marathon, ComingSoon has an exclusive clip that sees Brosder (John Crichton) and Edgley (Chiana) react to some comments from fans praising the show. “It reached our hearts,” Edgley says in the video. “It was compelling, it was dark, it was wild, it was crazy. That’s why we love it, because there’s part of that in all of us, that exists in our hearts and souls. That’s why we connect with Farscape.”

The Farscape Marathon features brand-new interview segments
“The marathon will feature an exclusive introduction from Executive Producer Brian Henson and include all-new interview segments with Farscape stars Ben Browder (John Crichton) and Gigi Edgley (Chiana),” says the official description. “Additionally, Shout! TV will be introducing new commercial break interstitials to the Farscape channel in celebration of the anniversary, including trivia, production memories, and more featuring Ben Browder and Gigi Edgley!”

Released in 1999, Farscape was an Australian-American series produced by The Jim Henson Company that follows the crew of a bio-mechanical ship called Moya. The series was planned for five seasons but was abruptly canceled shortly after the fourth season finished production. Henson later acquired the rights to the show a released a three-hour miniseries, Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars, that gave the series a formal conclusion.
Shout! Studios also recently put out Farscape: The Complete Series Blu-ray box set to celebrate the 25th anniversary.
