Lionsgate has announced the upcoming release of Fear the Walking Dead Season 8 Blu-ray and DVD for the final installment of the horror drama spin-off.
The eighth and final season of Fear the Walking Dead will be available for purchase on Blu-ray and DVD on February 27 for the suggested retail prices of $44.99 and $38.98, respectively. This comes after over two months since Fear the Walking Dead aired its series finale, which featured the return of Alycia Debnam-Carey’s fan-favorite character Alicia Clark.

The final season of Fear the Walking Dead starred Lennie James as Morgan, Kim Dickens as Madison, Colman Domingo as Victor Strand, Danay Garcia as Luciana Galvez, Austin Amelio as Dwight, Christine Evangelista as Sherry, Karen David as Grace Mukherjee, Jenna Elfman as June, and Rubén Blades as Daniel Salazar. It was executive produced by Scott M. Gimple, showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, as well as Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Gale Ann Hurd, and Greg Nicotero.
“The eighth season of Fear the Walking Dead begins after the conclusion of Season 7, when Morgan’s and Madison’s hopes to rescue Mo from PADRE did not go as planned,” reads final season’s synopsis. “Now, Morgan, Madison, and the others they brought to the island are living under PADRE’s cynical rule. With our characters demoralized and dejected, the task of reigniting belief in a better world rests with the person Morgan and Madison set out to rescue in the first place — Morgan’s daughter, Mo.”
