The Umbrella Academy Season 4 Cast Adds Nick Offerman, David Cross & More

Comedian David Cross and Parks and Recreation vets Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally have officially joined the upcoming fourth and final season of The Umbrella Academy.

David Cross will play Sy Grossman, “an upstanding, shy business owner and family man desperate to reconnect with his estranged daughter, who will stop at nothing to get her back.” Meanwhile, the real-life couple will play the roles of college professors Jean and Gene Thibedeau, who are described as “a married pair of community college professors from New Mexico who wear sensible footwear and suffer from the most extreme case of deja vu this timeline has ever seen.”

This marks Offerman and Mullally’s latest collaboration after previously starring together on shows like Will & Grace, Bob’s Burgers, and the upcoming Party Down reboot, as well as films including The Kings of Summer and Smashed. Production on The Umbrella Academy Season 4 is currently underway.

The Umbrella Academy Season 4 will once again star Elliot Page as Viktor, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, David Castañeda as Diego, Aidan Gallagher as Number Five, Justine H. Min as Ben, Ritu Arya as Lila, and Colm Feore as Reginald. 

Season three introduced new characters in the form of Justin Cornwell (I Am the Night) as Marcus, Britne Oldford (Hunters) as Fei, Jake Epstein (Suits) as Alphonso, Genesis Rodriguez (Big Hero 6) as Sloane, and Cazzie David as Jayme, as well as an Existential Dread Inducing Psykronium Cube playing the role of Christopher.

The Umbrella Academy is created and executive produced by Steve Blackman (FargoAltered Carbon). Executive producers are Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá, along with Jeff F. King (Hand of God), Bluegrass Television, and Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg from Dark Horse Entertainment.
