The trio of actors is the latest addition to the star-studded series that is set to star Walker Scobell, Aryan Simhadri, and Leah Sava Jeffries. According to the report, Copeland will play Ares, the god of War and a handsome and arrogant man who loves conflict and is an agent of chaos no matter where he goes. The WWE Hall of Famer recently returned to the ring in 2020 after almost 10 years away from the action following various medical issues. Copeland has also appeared in a ton of projects as an actor, including on shows like Vikings, The Flash, and Haven.

Suzanne Cryer (Silicon Valley) will play Echidna, The Mother of Monsters. According to the report, her character is described as “dangerous, intimidating, and strangely maternal. She enjoys her task of challenging heroes and will test Percy’s faith in the gods.” Kennedy (Black Sails, The Flash) will play Medusa, the infamous gorgon character who can turn people to stone just by looking at them.

The series currently stars Walker Scobell (The Adam Project) as the titular demi-god, Leah Sava Jeffries (Empire) as Annabeth Chase, Aryan Simhadri (Disney’s Spin) as Grover Underwood, Jason Mantzoukas (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Mr. D, Virginia Kull (Big Little Lies) as Sally Jackson, Glynn Turman (Fargo) as Chiron, Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) as Mr. Dodds, and Timm Sharp (Briarpatch) as Gabe Ugliano.
