Manifest Season 4 Part 1 Teaser Trailer Sets Netflix Premiere Date

Netflix has finally released the first Manifest Season 4 teaser for the highly-anticipated return of the popular sci-fi drama, which was saved from its NBC cancellation last year. The first half of the fourth and final season has now been scheduled to make its debut this coming November 4, which is a significant date in the series as it’s the day when the passengers of Montego Airways Flight 828 resurfaced after the plane went missing for over five years.

The Manifest Season 4 Part 1 teaser continues to tease the mystery behind the passengers’ disappearance. According to series creator Jeff Rake (via Tudum), fans should expect to see a two-year time jump in the new season which will feature Ben dealing with depression and trauma over the loss of Grace and the kidnapping of their baby daughter.

“As exhausting and crazy-making as these callings [are] and the responsibility of being an 828er is, it’s not just about them,” Rake said. “The interconnectedness of all of us, and how small actions can have implications that cascade outward and touch the whole world is what the show is about.”

The series centers around a commercial airplane that mysteriously disappears, only to reappear five years later. While no time has passed for those on board, the world has gone on without them, and new mysteries unfold for the passengers as they seek to find answers as to how and why their plane disappeared years ago.
