Obi-Wan Kenobi Finale Release Date & Time: When Is It on Disney+

All is ready for the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale, which will likely bring some answers to the many pending questions so far.

In a matter of hours, the latest addition to Star Wars will wrap up as Obi-Wan Kenobi will air its sixth and last episode. The miniseries brought back Ewan McGregor as the titular hero, one of the most beloved Star Wars characters. Throughout the story, the former Jedi Master had to survive the Inquisitorius’ attempts at his life. On top of that, he was entrusted with saving Leia Organa’s life after the little princess was kidnapped.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Finale Date & Time

The Obi-Wan Kenobi finale will hit Disney+ at its usual 3 a.m. ET/12 p.m. PT slot on Wednesday, June 22. The story will follow up on the recent clash between Kenobi and the Third Sister, followed by Reva’s turn on Darth Vader. Since “Part V” teased that the action will move back to Tatooine, young Luke Skywalker might quickly appear again.

“The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader,” reads the official synopsis.

Obi-Wan Kenobi also features the return of fellow Star War alums Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader. Additionally, Joel Edgerton returned as Owen Lars and Bonnie Piesse as Beru Lars. Joining the returning Star Wars alums are franchise newcomers Moses Ingram (The Queen’s Gambit), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Godzilla: King of the Monsters), Kumail Nanjiani (Eternals), Indira Varma (Game of Thrones), Rupert Friend (Homeland), Sung Kang (F9: The Fast Saga), as well as Simone Kessell (Of Kings and Prophets), and Benny Safdie (Uncut Gems).

Deborah Chow directed Obi-Wan Kenobi with the script written by Joby Harold. Executive producers are Kathleen Kennedy, Michelle Rejwan, Deborah Chow, as well as Ewan McGregor, and Joby Harold.
