The company announced (via Anime News Network) that the episode will hit their YouTube channel on November 21, 2021, at 12 p.m. EST, following a brief delay that was initially set to see the episode launch in October. The episode will then be available to stream for the entire week, ending on November 28, 2021. The screening will be hosted by Richard Epcar, the director of the English dub and also the voice of Jigen in the show.

TMS Entertainment previously screened the first episode of the English dub, alongside the first two episodes of Lupin the 3rd Part 6, in select U.S. theaters in October, but will now be taking it to YouTube for fans everywhere to check out.

The original Lupin the 3rd manga was created by Monkey Punch and has inspired five previous anime series, plus the spin-off Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine.

The first anime adaptation debuted on October 24, 1971, with Lupin the 3rd: Part 6 having released just this month in Japan to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the series.
