Damaris Lewis’ Blackfire Revealed for Titans Season 3

HBO Max has revealed the supersuit for the new highly anticipated character Blackfire (Damaris Lewis) from the action-packed DC series Titans. Created by costume designer Laura Jean (“LJ”) Shannon, the suit follows the previously revealed “Starfire” and “Red Hood” costumes. Lewis plays the first-ever live-action Blackfire and was introduced to fans at the end of Season 2.

The first two seasons of Titans are now available to stream on the HBO Max streaming service with season three of the Max Original, which is currently in production, premiering later this year.

Along with “Blackfire,” returning Titans characters include: “Dick Grayson,” aka “Nightwing” (Brenton Thwaites); “Kory Anders,” aka “Starfire” (Anna Diop); “Rachel Roth,” aka “Raven” (Teagan Croft); “Gar Logan,” aka “Beast Boy” (Ryan Potter); “Donna Troy,” aka “Wondergirl” (Conor Leslie); “Jason Todd,” aka “Red Hood” (Curran Walters); and “Conner Kent,” aka “Superboy” (Joshua Orpin); with “Hank Hall,” aka “Hawk” (Alan Ritchson); and “Dawn Granger,” aka “Dove” (Minka Kelly).

The third season, which has already wrapped production, will see Savannah Welch’s Barbara Gordon introduced as the Gotham City Police Commissioner, who is confined to her wheelchair after being shot and paralyzed by the Joker during her time as Batwoman. With the return of Dick Grayson to the city, she finds her life becoming complicated as she stars a new crime fighting partnership and rekindles her old romance with the former Robin.

Meanwhile, the third season is expected to take place in Gotham with the introductions of Barbara Gordon, Red Hood, and Scarecrow.

The first two seasons of Titans is already available for streaming on HBO Max or you can purchase Season One here. It was recently announced that the series will be moving from DC Universe to HBO Max as DC Universe transitions into being solely a premium comic book service called DC Universe Infinite.
