WandaVision: Teyonah Parris Excited For the Aerospace Engineer Reveal

During the last two episodes of WandaVision, Teyonah Parris’ Monica mentioned that she enlisted an unnamed aerospace engineer that could help her build a vehicle that would allow her to enter the Hex without getting mind-controlled. Because of this, new fan theories have instantly emerged regarding the identity of the unknown character with some speculating that it might be Mr. Fantastic himself, Reed Richards or even Adam Brashear a.k.a Blue Marvel.

Now, in recent interview with Comic Book, Parris has finally opened up about the mystery surrounding the aerospace engineer by expressing her excitement for MCU fans to finally get to meet the (potentially) new character. She continues to tease that there are more surprises left in store for viewers in the three remaining episodes.

“When I, well … I can’t wait to see what y’all’s reaction is when you learn who the aerospace engineer is,” Parris said. “Everything about this show excites me. There are so many little surprises, things you don’t expect. So, in keeping with the theme the show has already set up, I’m always excited.”

WandaVision will follow the story of Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany’s superhero characters Scarlet Witch and Vision. The series blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

Joining Olsen and Bettany are Kathryn Hahn as Agnes, and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, who was introduced to audiences in Captain Marvel. Kat Dennings will reprise her role as Darcy from Thor and Thor: The Dark World, and Randall Park will reprise his role as Jimmy Woo from Ant-Man and The Wasp.
