Set in a declining mall, Malltown follows the coming-of-age adventures of a 13-year-old girl named Libby. Seen through the eyes of the budding teen, the mall is a microcosm of America and everything that’s totally screwed up about it. Natasha Rothwell will be lending her voice to Libby.

The series has been in development since 2018. It will be executive produced by Rothwell, Abbi Jacobson, Ilana Glazer, and Mike Perry. This project will be Jacobson and Glazer’s latest collaboration with Comedy Central as they both starred in the network’s hit sitcom Broad City which ran on-air for five seasons from 2014-2019.
