F Duffy also starred in the film.

Mike Tollin and Tova Laiter, two producers from the movie, will serve as executive producers on the series alongside John Gatins and Peter Guber. Tollin and Guber’s MSM will produce with Paramount Television with Maia Glickman overseeing the project for MSM.

“For all those who cheered Mox’s refrain, ‘I don’t want your life,’ as well as all those who never heard of the West Canaan Coyotes, we’re thrilled to bring Varsity Blues to Quibi and into the 21st century,” Tollin previously said about the project.
