Titled “Vanishing of a Show Girl,” the upcoming episode of Sin City Murders will be aired on Oxygen on Sunday, February 24, 2024. The episode will focus on the disappearance and murder of Las Vegas dancer Deborah Flores-Narvaez. As per several reports, Jason “Blu” Griffith, her ex-boyfriend, was subsequently convicted of the second-degree murder of Deborah.

Deborah Flores-Narvaez was reported missing on December 14, 2010. This was after she failed to attend a rehearsal and the subsequent performance of “Fantasy.” CBS News reported that her roommate reported her missing, following which authorities found her car parked in the northwestern part of the city. Her purse was still in the car, and there were no signs of violence. It was revealed that Jason “Blu” Griffith was the last person she was seen with. Authorities dug deeper into the history of the couple.

Just a month after her disappearance, Jason “Blu” Griffith was arrested on charges of battery-domestic violence, strangulation, and destruction of evidence. Fox News reported that authorities also found that he took the help of his roommate to dismember Deborah’s remains. They then dumped them in concrete tubs in a vacant house.

How many years was Jason “Blu” Griffith sentenced to?

Jason “Blu” Griffith argued that he only killed Deborah in self-defense and that she was a violent and threatening woman. He also claimed that she reached out for her purse, which he suspected consisted of a gun. He reportedly said that he panicked and killed her to defend himself.

However, the court found Griffith guilty of second-degree murder. According to CBS News, he was sentenced to 10 years to life in prison.

Sin City Murders’ upcoming episode on Deborah Flores-Nervaez’s murder will air on Oxygen on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at 7 p.m. ET.
