According to the Ohio Department of Corrections, Patrick Pidock is currently serving his sentence at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution. In 2013, Pidock pleaded guilty to the murder of Suzanne Brown by shooting her.

The Columbus Dispatch reported that Perry County Common Pleas Court Judge Tina Boyer then sentenced Pidock to 18 years to life in prison. He received 15 years for the murder charge coupled with three additional years for the use of a firearm.

Prosecutor Joe Flautt alleged that “he [Patrick Pidock] claimed to be upset over some personal issues.” Moreover, Flautt said they didn’t “know what the motivation was but revealed that he “was drunk, they had a spat, and he went off the deep end.”

The outlet further reported that the accused murdered Brown only three months after she gave birth to their baby girl. Moreover, the duo did not live together at the time of the incident. However, police arrested and charged Pidock with the crime within days.
