Distributors will bid on the film at the Toronto International Film Festival
Ti West and Eli Roth collaborated on a new film heading to the Toronto International Film Festival called The Sacrament. A poster cool retro poster made its premiere on the web today and you can check it out inside.

In the film, a very pregnant Esther Woodhouse (Alexia Rasmussen) is walking home after her latest OB appointment, when she is brutally attacked and disfigured by a hooded assailant. When Esther seeks consolation in a support group, she finds friendship and empathy in Melanie (Alexa Havins), another mother scarred with tragedy. Esther soon begins to believe that the horrific event might be a bittersweet act of fate. However, friendship and empathy can be very dangerous things when accepted by the wrong people.
Kristina Klebe and Joe Swanberg round out the cast.

Rigor Mortis is set in a creepy and moody Hong Kong public housing tower whose occupants we soon discover, run the gamut from the living to the dead, to the undead, along with ghosts, vampires and zombies. The film stars action movie veteran Chin Siu-ho (Siu-ho) as a former vampire hunting actor who now finds himself reaching the end of the line as a washed-up star who is also separated from his wife and alienated from his son.
Now that Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno is getting some play at the Toronto International Film Festival, more promo materials are being released, including a handful of new images. Head inside for access to our photo gallery.
Directed by Roth, the film follows a group of student activists who from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.
Afflicted, Lucky McKee’s All Cheerleaders Die, Almost Human, Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno, Oculus, R100, Rigor Mortis, The Station and Why Don’t You Play in Hell? have landed the much coveted slots of the Midnight Madness program at the Toronto International Film Festival.
