Entertainment Studios has released a new trailer from their forthcoming sci-fi thriller film Replicas, starring Keanu Reeves (John Wick 3: Parabellum), Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley), Alice Eve (Star Trek Into Darkness), Emily Alyn Lind, John Ortiz and Emjay Anthony. The release date for the film has not yet been announced. Check out the new Replicas trailer below!

In this sci-fi thriller, neuro-scientist William Foster (Keanu Reeves) is on the verge of successfully transferring human consciousness into a computer when his family is tragically killed in a car crash. Desperate to resurrect them, William recruits fellow scientist Ed Whittle (Thomas Middleditch) to help him secretly clone their bodies and create replicas. But he soon faces a “Sophie’s choice” when it turns out that they can only bring three of the four family members back to life.
In addition to starring, Reeves produced the film with his producing partner, Stephen Hamel, and Transformers franchise producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. The film is written by Chad St. John (London Has Fallen) from a story by Hamel, and directed by Jeffrey Nachmanoff (writer of The Day After Tomorrow). The film is currently in post-production.

Keanu Reeves is known for his work in The Matrix trilogy, as well as Speed, The Devil’s Advocate and recently, the John Wick films. He hit the scene in the 1989 comedy Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, playing a slacker who travels through time with his buddy (Alex Winter), shepherded by a man named Rufus (George Carlin) from the future to save the world.
