The Commuter Final Trailer is Done Playing Games

Lionsgate has released the final trailer for the upcoming action thriller The Commuter, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (UnknownNon-StopRun All Night) and starring Liam Neeson. Watch the final trailer for The Commuter in the player below and check it out in theaters on January 12, 2018.

The Commuter also stars Vera Farmiga (The Conjuring franchise, Bates Motel), Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring franchise, Watchmen), Sam Neill (Hunt for the WilderpeopleJurassic Park), Jonathan Banks (Breaking BadBetter Call Saul) and Elizabeth McGovern (Downton AbbeyShe’s Having a Baby).

In this action-packed thriller, Liam Neeson plays an insurance salesman, Michael, on his daily commute home, which quickly becomes anything but routine. After being contacted by a mysterious stranger, Michael is forced to uncover the identity of a hidden passenger on his train before the last stop. As he works against the clock to solve the puzzle, he realizes a deadly plan is unfolding and is unwittingly caught up in a criminal conspiracy. One that carries life and death stakes, for himself and his fellow passengers.

The screenplay for The Commuter hails from Byron Willinger and Phil de Blasi. The Picture Company’s Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman produced the film, with Serra executive producing along with his Ombra Films partner Juan Sola. Collet-Serra is no stranger to working with Neeson. In addition to The Commuter, he directed Neeson in the films UnknownNon-Stop and Run All Night.
