Annabelle Creation Clips Amp Up the Creepy

New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. Pictures have released two new Annabelle Creation clips, bringing your favorite doll back to the movies with an extra dose of creepy. Check them out in the players below!

Annabelle: Creation tells the tale of a dollmaker and his wife who, several years after the tragic death of their little girl, welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home. Very soon, however, they become the target of the dollmaker’s possessed creation, Annabelle.

David F. Sandberg (Lights Out) directs from a screenplay by Gary Dauberman, who also wrote the first film. Annabelle: Creation stars Stephanie Sigman (SPECTRE), Talitha Bateman (The 5th Wave), Lulu Wilson (Ouija: Origin of EvilDeliver Us from Evil), Philippa Coulthard (After the Dark), Grace Fulton (Badland), Lou Lou Safran (The Choice), Samara Lee (Foxcatcher, The Last Witch Hunter), Tayler Buck in her feature film debut, with Anthony LaPaglia (Without a Trace) and Miranda Otto (Homeland, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy).

Serving as executive producers on Annabelle: Creation are Toby Emmerich, Richard Brener, Walter Hamada, Dave Neustadter and Hans Ritter.

The Conjuring universe currently includes both James Wan-helmed Conjuring films, the first Annabelle spinoff, this new prequel, and the upcoming The Nun. It was also recently announced that plans are underway for another feature film based on The Conjuring 2‘s Crooked Man, while a third Conjuring film is also being developed.

Annabelle: Creation hits theaters August 11. The Nun, meanwhile, is on track for a July 13, 2018 release with The Hallow‘s Corin Hardy directing.
