Keeping Up with the Joneses Cast Interviews!

Suburbia can be a scary place if you’re not careful. In Keeping Up with the Joneses, directed by Greg Motolla (Paul), Karen (Isla Fisher) and Jeff Gaffney (Zach Galifianakis) have a lovely, yet quiet life. He works in the HR department of a mysterious weapons firm and she’s a local designer. They do everything you’d expect; they send the kids off to sleep away camp, they have block parties, brew beer as a hobby and have sex quickly before they’re interrupted by the routine of domestic life. However, when the glamorous and seemingly-perfect Natalie (Gal Gadot) and Tim Jones (Jon Hamm) move in, they start to wonder what the new kids on the block are hiding. Karen is convinced that the Joneses are living a double life. Once they’re swept up in it, however, the Gaffney’s may just regret leaving the peace of everyday suburbia behind.

ComingSoon.net got a chance to sit down with the Keeping Up with the Joneses cast, including Zach Galifianakis, Jon Hamm, Isla Fisher and Gal Gadot, to talk about the film. With Gadot and Fisher, we chatted about some rather questionable design work that Karen does, getting urinals in the script and what role Fisher should play if there is a second Wonder Woman film with Gadot. We learned all about “HR face” from Galifianakis, and the director’s “fun takes.” Then there is this scene where Natalie teaches another character to “throw like a girl,” which Gadot told us about. In the film, there is a big set piece that involves a crazy driving scene. Gadot gets car sick and Hamm actually did most of the driving stunts. He gave us the scoop about what it was like.

Check out the interviews below and let us know if you’re excited for the film. Keeping Up with the Joneses will hit theaters on October 21, 2016.
