‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ Trailer is Here with Four New Character Posters

Universal Pictures just sent over four new character posters along with today’s debut of the Snow White and the Huntsman trailer.

The film is an action-adventure take on the old fairy tale starring Kristen Stewart (Twilight) as Snow White, the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Charlize Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the one girl threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her.

I have included the trailer directly below along with a thumbnail gallery for the new character posters, which you can also check out in larger versions in my Snow White and the Huntsman picture gallery right here.

Snow White and the Huntsman hits theaters on June 1, 2012 and with the names mentioned above, it also stars Sam Claflin, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Ray Winstone, Lily Cole and Nick Frost and is directed by Rupert Sanders.

Check out the trailer and posters below and let me know what you think in the comments below. If you’d like to watch the trailer in high definition you can do so at Apple.

POSTERS

In the epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart (Twilight) plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Oscar winner Charlize Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the one girl threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth, Thor) who was dispatched to kill her. Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) joins the cast as the prince long enchanted by Snow White’s beauty and power.

The breathtaking new vision of the legendary tale is from Joe Roth, the producer of Alice in Wonderland, producer Sam Mercer (The Sixth Sense) and acclaimed commercial director and state-of-the-art visualist Rupert Sanders (“Halo 3” campaign).
