Exclusive Clip from Kingsman: The Secret Service

20th Century Fox has provided ComingSoon.net with an exclusive first look at a new clip from director Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Secret Service in which Colin Firth’s Kingsman meets his nemesis, Samuel L. Jackson’s Richard Valentine, for the first time.

Based upon the 2012 Icon Comics miniseries, Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.

The original miniseries, released as just “The Secret Service,” was written by Mark Millar (“The Ultimates,” “Kick-Ass”) and features artwork by Dave Gibbons (“Watchmen”). It ran for six issues, subsequently collected into a single volume.

The film also stars Taron Egerton, Academy Award winner Michael Caine (The Dark KnightThe Cider House Rules), Mark Strong (Tinker Tailer Soldier SpySherlock Holmes) and relative newcomers Sofia Boutella (Street Dance 2Monsters: Dark Continent) and Sophie Cookson (“Moonfleet,” Unknown Heart), as well as Mark Hamill (Star Wars: The Force Awakens).

Scripted by Vaughn and Jane Goldman (Kick-AssX-Men: First Class), Kingsman: The Secret Service hits theaters on February 13, 2015.
