IF Trailer: Ryan Reynolds Starts a Matchmaking Agency for Forgotten Imaginary Friends

Paramount Pictures has shared the final IF trailer for its newest fantasy comedy starring Ryan Reynolds. The video shows Reynolds starting a matchmaking agency for imaginary friends who got forgotten by their original kids. The film will arrive in theaters on May 17.

“The film is about a girl who discovers that she can see everyone’s imaginary friends — and what she does with that superpower — as she embarks on a magical adventure to reconnect forgotten IFs with their kids,” reads the synopsis.

Who’s the cast of IF?

IF is written, directed, and produced by John Krasinski, based on his original idea about a child’s journey in rediscovering their imagination. The ensemble cast includes Reynolds as Cal, Krasinski as Marshmallow, Steve Carell as Blue, Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Blossom, Cailey Fleming as Bea, Matthew Rhys as Ghost, Louis Gossett Jr. as Lewis, Matt Damon as Flower, Jon Stewart as Robot, Emily Blunt as Unicorn, Sam Rockwell as Guardian Dog, Richard Jenkins as Art Teacher, Maya Rudolph as Alligator, Awkwafina as Bubble, Christopher Meloni as Cosmo, Blake Lively as Octopuss, Keegan-Michael Key as Slime, Bradley Cooper as Ice, George Clooney as Spaceman, Amy Schumer as Gummy Bear, and Sebastian Maniscalco as Magician Mouse.
