Saban Films has released The Bad Shepherd trailer for the upcoming survival crime thriller, which will be available on digital and VOD starting on February 23.
The video features four friends who stumble upon a duffle bag full of cash after accidentally killing an unknown woman with their car. In attempt to keep the money to themselves, they decided to hide the body. However, this leads them to a much more bigger problem when the mysterious owner of the bag comes looking for them.

What is The Bad Shepherd about?
“In remote wilderness, a group of friends embark on a fateful hunting trip that takes a dark turn when they unintentionally take the life of a mysterious stranger carrying a bag brimming with illicit cash,” reads the film’s synopsis. “As guilt and paranoia consume them, their loyalties are pushed to the brink. However, their nightmare intensifies when the bag’s mysterious owner begins a relentless pursuit, forcing the friends into a treacherous game of survival where their bonds are tested, secrets unravel, and the desperate quest for redemption takes an unforgiving toll on their once unbreakable friendships.”
The Bad Shepherd is directed by Geo Santini from a screenplay written by Ryan David Jahn. The R-rated thriller stars Christos Kalabogias, Scotty Tovar, Geo Santini, Brett Zimmerman, Justin Taite, Andrew Pagana and Annie Gonzalez. It is produced by Andrew Pagana, Michael Chuney, and Christos Kalabogias.
