The Killers of the Flower Moon teaser trailer has been released by star Leonardo DiCaprio ahead of the October release of the new Martin Scorsese movie. The nearly two-minute video features plenty of new footage from the star-studded drama, which will run for nearly three and a half hours. It will be released in a limited fashion on October 6, 2023, before a wide release on October 20, 2023.
“When oil is discovered in 1920s Oklahoma under Osage Nation land, the Osage people are murdered one by one — until the FBI steps in to unravel the mystery,” reads the film’s synopsis.

Killers of the Flower Moon once again reunites Scorsese with long-time collaborators Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro. Joining them are Oscar-winning actor Brendan Fraser, Jesse Plemons, Lily Gladstone, Tantoo Cardinal, Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Louis Cancelmi, William Belleau, Tatanka Means, Michael Abbott Jr., Pat Healy, Scott Shepherd, and more.
The film is being directed and produced by Scorsese from a screenplay he co-wrote with Eric Roth. It is a production by Apple Studios, Imperative Entertainment, and Appian Way Productions, with Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas.
