Cinderella First Look Teases Amazon’s Reimagining of the Classic Tale

You’re cordially invited to watch the first look of Cinderella, the upcoming reimagined take on the classic fairytale that will arrive on Amazon Prime Video on September 3.

Written and directed by Kay Cannon (Blockers), the movie features an all-star cast including Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Camila Cabello, Idina Menzel (Frozen), and Emmy winner Billy Porter (Pose).

Cinderella is described as a musically driven, bold new take on the traditional story you grew up with. Our heroine (Cabello) is an ambitious young woman whose dreams are bigger than the world will allow. With the help of her Fab G (Porter), though, she is able to persevere and make her dreams come true.

The highly anticipated musical incorporates pop songs from contemporary global artists and original songs by Cabello and Menzel, and also stars Oscar nominee Minnie Driver (Good Will Hunting), Nicholas Galitzine (The Craft: Legacy), Emmy winner James Corden (The Late Late Show with James Corden, Trolls), and Pierce Brosnan (The Son).

Producers are Leo Pearlman, James Corden, Jonathan Kadin, and Shannon McIntosh, and executive producers are Louise Rosner and Josephine Rose.
