Get The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard Tickets Early via Snapchat

Lionsgate has teamed up with Snap Inc. and Atom Tickets in order to offer a first-to-market purchasing experience on Snapchat that comes with exclusive early screenings of the film. As a result, Snapchat users will be the first to see the film on Thursday, June 10 rather than the standard theatrical release of June 16, 2021. As a result of the news, ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard clip from Patrick Hughes’ upcoming blockbuster film starring Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson, and Salma Hayek.

Ticket sales will start tomorrow exclusively through Movie Tickets by Atom Snap Mini, where users will be able to coordinate showtimes with their friends, purchase seats and concessions, and pay individually, for a hassle-free experience that will get them to their seats quickly.

Here’s the official synopsis for the upcoming sequel to The Hitman’s Bodyguard:

The world’s most lethal odd couple – bodyguard Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) and hitman Darius Kincaid (Samuel L. Jackson) – are back on another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Bryce is forced into action by Darius’s even more volatile wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek). As Bryce is driven over the edge by his two most dangerous protectees, the trio get in over their heads in a global plot and soon find that they are all that stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman (Antonio Banderas). Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem is Morgan Freeman as…well, you’ll have to see.

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard is once again directed by Hughes from a screenplay written by original writer Tom O’Connor along with Phillip and Brandon Murphy. Producers are Millennium Media’s Matt O’Toole with Campbell Grobman Films’ Les Weldon, Christa Campbell, and Lati Grobman. It is being executive produced by Avi Lerner, Trevor Short, Boaz Davidson, Jeffrey Greenstein, Heidi Jo Markel, and Jonathan Yunger.

The Hitman’s Bodyguard was released on August 18, 2017, and grossed over $180 million worldwide which featured an ensemble cast that included Gary Oldman, Elodie Yung, Joaquim de Almeida, Kirsty Mitchell, and Richard E. Grant alongside Reynolds, Jackson, and Hayek.
