The latest F9: The Fast Saga featurette features plenty of carnage, which is quite the pun for the vehicle-based action franchise.
Vin Diesel and the rest of the Fast and Furious family return to theaters on June 25, 2021. The new 90-second video is packed full of action as Diesel drives like “a bat out of hell.” There are some incredible behind-the-scene shots at how moments were filmed as well, so it’s well worth the watch to see how the practical effects were pulled off.
Check out the new F9 featurette below to see the carnage for yourself:
F9 features several returning cast members back to the action franchise, including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang, plus Oscar winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron.
New characters in this entry include former WWE Champion John Cena as Jakob Toretto, the brother of Diesel’s character, and Grammy-winner Cardi B as Leysa, a woman with a connection to Dom’s past. Plus, a cameo by Reggaeton musician Ozuna is confirmed.
