As the time draws nearer for its theatrical release, Lionsgate has unveiled the first full trailer and new images from the dystopian sci-fi thriller Voyagers featuring an ensemble cast led by Tye Sheridan, Lily-Rose Depp and Colin Farrell. The trailer, which offers a little more insight on the young crew having been bred and raised in a laboratory without emotion in an effort to keep the human race alive and what happens when they learn the secret behind the medicine they’re given daily, can be viewed in the player below!

With the future of the human race at stake, a group of young men and women, bred for intelligence and obedience, embark on an expedition to colonize a distant planet. But when they uncover disturbing secrets about the mission, they defy their training and begin to explore their most primitive natures. As life on the ship descends into chaos, they’re consumed by fear, lust, and the insatiable hunger for power.
